Royal Win Forgot Password

The Royal Win login screen shows a Forget password? link twice, near the Remember me box and beside To register. It is the only password-reset link the login screen shows, and the screens after it were not opened for this guide.

1. Open the Royal Win login form with its Username or Phone, Login Password and Verify code boxes.
2. Look next to the Remember me box: the first Forget password? link sits there.
3. The second copy comes after the Login button, next to To register.
4. Tap it and follow the platform's instructions. What it asks for was not recorded here.

What to have ready before a Royal Win reset

• The phone whose number you registered with; a reset may use an SMS Code as sign-up did, though that was not verified.
• A new password planned in advance: long, unique and not a small edit of the old one.
• Your username, if you set one, since the login box accepts Username or Phone.

If the Forget password link does not help

Both the login and register screens carry a Support link, and the lobby footer adds Help Center and Complain. Say that you cannot sign in and give the registered phone number, but never type your password or a code into the conversation. Check these before you reset a Royal Win password

• The Verify code box was left empty, or the screen refreshed after you typed it.
• A phone keyboard capitalised the first letter of the password.
